Why No Refunds?
All products sold on Global Retailer are digital goods (subscription keys, promo links, and coupon codes). Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be "returned" as the key/code/link has been revealed to the buyer. This is standard practice for digital goods marketplaces.
Before You Buy
We strongly recommend:
- Carefully review the product description before purchasing
- Verify the product is compatible with your needs
- Check the product type (subscription, promo link, or coupon code)
- Ensure you understand the terms of the third-party software
- Contact support if you have any questions before buying
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may provide a replacement (not a refund) if:
- The delivered key/code was already used or invalid at the time of delivery
- A technical error on our end caused duplicate charges
- The product was not delivered due to a system error
Such cases are reviewed on an individual basis. Contact support immediately if you encounter any issues.
Payment Disputes
If you believe there was an error with your payment, please contact us first before filing a dispute. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in your account being permanently banned.
